I have been going to Nail 1st from the beginning! It's unlike any other salon I've been in! Nail 2st is spacious and I don't feel like I'm part of a herd of cattle rushing in only to rush me out! They take their time and don't put their technicians on a time clock! My favorite technician is Kim! She is sweet and hospitable and she gones up and beyond to make sure you are happy and you go away with exactly what you came in to get! She knows what she is doing and she does it well! Kim will actually put the colors on her own finger nails to show you what it's going to look like before she puts it on your nails! Kim listens to you and remembers what color you pick so you can have it the next time you come in! Kim is so sweet and truly cares about you! She actually bought my own nail kit! Kim has been in the business for many years and she knows her stuff! She can paint the thinnest lines so straight and never messes up and has to redo it! She even brings me fruit off her trees she and her husband grow in her yard! She even shares her lunch with me! No, I have been to many nail salons and thought I had the best technicians but only to end up sadly disappointed! I finally found my favorite salon and my favorite technician!
